Position: HR Executive
Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and Labor Laws.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.
Manage employee relations by addressing concerns and fostering a collaborative workplace.
Support training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
Handle payroll preparation and benefits administration.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
Maintain employee personal files.
Employee grievance handling.
Organizing corporate events in the office.
Qualifications and Experience
A diploma or degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
At least 03 years of experience in an HR role is mandatory.
Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
Age between 25–35 years.
Should have the ability to maintain integrity and confidentiality at work.
Excellent written communication skills both Sinhala and English.
