Context: A vertically integrated business in the poultry industry, consisting of CIC Feeds (Pvt.) Limited, CIC Poultry Farms Limited, and CIC Vetcare (Pvt.) Limited. The group manufactures animal feed, operates breeder farms, hatcheries, broiler farms, and a state-of-the-art processing plant.
Requirements
Education: Minimum GCE A/L or equivalent qualification.
Experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in stores/warehouse management.
Age: Male candidate, age between 21-40 years.
Skills/Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and procedures.
Computer literacy (MS Office, inventory software, SAP).
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Good communication skills.
Ability to supervise and motivate a team.
Physical fitness to oversee warehouse operations.
Knowledge of safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will oversee inventory operations and warehouse activities. Key duties include:
Supervise and coordinate all store/warehouse operations and staff.
Manage inventory control, stock levels, and conduct regular stock audits.
Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods and materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation.
Ensure proper storage conditions and warehouse organization.
Coordinate with procurement and other departments for stock requirements.
Implement and maintain store security and safety procedures.
Prepare inventory reports and manage stock movement records.
Handle supplier coordination for deliveries and returns.
