Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field from a reputed University.
Professional Certification: Fully or Part qualified in ACCA, CIMA, or CA (Full qualified is preferred).
Experience: Minimum Over 3 years working experience in a similar capacity.
Specific Experience: Experience in cost accounting and Inventory management.
Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving skills with accuracy.
Knowledge: Exceptional knowledge in Financial management, Accounting, and Taxation.
Language: Good communication skills in English/Sinhala.
Age: Below 35 years.

Prepare and present accurate monthly financial statements.
Analyze production and financial data for strategic decision-making.
Financial Planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting (Annually and monthly).
Manage day-to-day financial operations and Bank relates handling.
Compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Maintain strong internal accounting standards and work with external auditors.
Analyzing and presenting the reports of Financial Key performances monthly/Annually.

Preference: Candidates living in the Polonnaruwa area are most preferred.
