Expert Power Management (Pvt) Ltd (EPM) is seeking an Engineering Coordinator & Secretary to provide crucial administrative and secretarial support to the engineering department.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves coordinating daily engineering activities and providing secretarial support:
Coordinate day-to-day engineering department activities, schedules, and documentation.
Assist in preparing project reports, technical documents, and correspondence.
Maintain filing systems, records, and databases related to engineering operations.
Manage departmental communication, including emails, phone calls, and meeting arrangements.
Provide secretarial support to engineering managers and project teams.
Handle petty cash, vouchers, and basic record-keeping for company expenses.
Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
Diploma or equivalent qualification in Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years' experience in an administrative or coordinator role, with an engineering background preferred.
Knowledge in accounting will be an added advantage.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Email handling.
Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when required.
