Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with company objectives.
Manage procurement, logistics, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution functions.
Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
Negotiate with suppliers and logistics partners to achieve cost savings and improved service levels.
Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, recommending improvements.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
Lead, coach, and develop the supply chain team.
Collaborate with sales, finance, production, and other departments to align supply chain activities with business needs.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Experience: Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
Skills:
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preference: Experience in Imports / Food manufacturing & distribution is preferred.
