Key Responsibilities
The Chef De Partie will be responsible for:
Menu Curation: Curating and designing menus for villa guests.
Cooking: Preparing a variety of Western and Eastern cuisine, including authentic Sri Lankan dishes.
Quality & Presentation: Ensuring every dish reflects exceptional taste and presentation while maintaining a clean, hygienic, and well-organized kitchen at all times.
Leadership & Management: Training and guiding the kitchen assistant, handling operations during periods of absence, and taking full responsibility for the kitchen as the Head Chef when needed.
Liaison: Liaising with guests to promote the villa's food and beverage offerings.
Requirements
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
Experience: Proven experience as a Chef (villa or hotel cuisine preferred).
Knowledge: Strong knowledge of international and local cuisine.
Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Focus: Attention to detail, hygiene, and presentation.
