Job Opening: Area Sales Manager

Location: Kiribathgoda (The vacancy is for a detailed-oriented candidate to join their sales team).
Responsibilities
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for:
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and understand competitive dynamics.
Manage the sales budget for the area, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
Ensure that sales activities are cost-effective and within budgetary constraints.
Ensure the sales team is knowledgeable about the features and benefits of the company products.
Coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
Ensure that all sales activities comply with company policies and ethical standards.
Requirements
A complete or partial professional qualification in sales and marketing.
Age: 35 – 50.
Experience in the hardware industry is a plus.
At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a comparable role.
Outstanding communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Must have a valid driver’s license.
