Key Responsibilities
The Plant Manager will be responsible for:
Provide strategic leadership and direction for all factory operations to ensure the achievement of production targets, quality standards, and efficiency goals.
Implement and maintain compliance with food safety and quality management systems such as HACCP, GMP, and ISO standards.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency, waste reduction, and cost optimization.
Oversee production planning, inventory control, equipment maintenance, and resource allocation to ensure seamless workflow and minimal downtime.
Foster a performance-driven culture by leading, mentoring, and developing production teams.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments (Quality Assurance, Research & Development, Procurement, and Human Resources) to support business objectives.
Experience & Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in a production and/or plant managerial role within the food manufacturing sector.
Bachelor’s Degree in Production Engineering.
Good knowledge in food processing technologies, machinery, and production planning.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
