Company: Shangri-La Hambantota Golf Resort & Spa (Part of the Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts group).
Position: HR Executive
Goal: To recruit a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly motivated individual.
Key Responsibilities (In this role, we rely on you to:)
Mange the payroll and casual labor related payments.
Provide administrative support for HR operations, including maintaining employee records, preparing reports, and managing HR-related documentation.
Conduct regular audits to monitor compliance of HR Operations.
Leverage data to provide insights into HR metrics and trends.
Cultivate a positive and inclusive work environment, ensuring high employee satisfaction.
Execute employee engagement initiatives that enhance morale, motivation, and collaboration among staff.
Candidate Profile (We are looking for an individual who possesses:)
A degree or relevant certification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 1 - 2 years of proven experience in a similar capacity, with experience in the hospitality industry being an added advantage.
Familiarity with fundamental HR principles and a strong eagerness to learn and grow.
Strong knowledge of HRIS systems & payroll, coupled with proficiency in MS Office Packages.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate record-keeping and documentation.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and hands-on approach to c
hallenges.
