General Manager

Candidate Type	Qualification Criteria
External Candidates	(1) and (2) or (4) and (5)
	1. Possess a Bachelor's Degree specializing in Science/ Management/ Finance/ Engineering/ Production/ Business Administration and
	2. A Master's for relevant field from a recognized University/Higher Educational Institute with an active membership with 20 years of serving experience in Corporation, Statutory Board or Private recognized Institute in management level (Specially at least 5 years in higher management position).
	OR
	4. Possess a Bachelor's Degree specializing in Science/ Management/ Finance/ Engineering/ Production/ Business Administration and
	5. A Master's for relevant field from a recognized University/Higher Educational Institute with at least 3 years of serving experience in higher management position at Corporation, Statutory Board or Private recognized Institute.
Internal Candidates	(6) and (7)
	6. Should complete with at least 5 years satisfactory service in relevant field at the NPCL in the position of Higher Management (HM 1-3) Category and
	7. Excelled in leadership management for efficient human handling and other resources.

Salary: Will be negotiable.
Age Limit: 35 years to 55 years for external candidates and no age limit for internal candidates.
Main Job Role: Responsible for overall application strategy, providing technology leadership and strategy execution in General Administration including Production, Marketing/Sales, Finance, Human Resource, Procurement and Logistics of the Company.
Special Concerns: Ability to work as a team, motivate others and work with self-initiatives and work under pressure, and strict deadlines with perfect communication skills, analytical skills and people management skills.
