Monitoring and verifying cash collections, delivery pendings, and operational reports.
Identifying and following up on cash or delivery discrepancies for resolution.
Ensuring accurate documentation, record-keeping, and compliance.
Supporting branch staff to achieve performance targets and maintain service quality.
Coordinating with regional and head office teams for updates and reporting.
Maintaining high standards of customer service and operational discipline.

Education: A Diploma in Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
Experience: A minimum of 1 year of experience in the service industry or operations.
Skills:
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.
Location: Residence in or around Kalutara is preferred.
