The Person We Are Looking For Must Possess:
Qualifications & Experience
B.Sc / NDT / HND in Civil Engineering or an Equivalent qualification.
Recently passed-out candidates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in the construction material sales sector will be an added advantage.
Skills & Attributes
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in computer applications and business environments.
Other Requirements
Age below 35 years.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
Sales Engineer is Required To:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company goals.
Identify and connect with potential customers in the construction and infrastructure sectors.
Provide technical support on product applications to clients.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and customer feedback.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of products.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers.
Strong communication and presentation skills in English & Tamil.
