Responsibilities:
- Sales Team Training: Develop and conduct training programs for Singer's sales teams, partners, dealers, and distributors, focusing on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer engagement.
- Product Availability: Ensure optimal product availability in open market dealers and Singer retail shops, collaborating with distribution channels.
- Market and Competitor Analysis: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and perform competitor analysis to provide feedback for strategic decision-making.
- POSM and Branding: Ensure the availability and proper placement of Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and branding materials in dealer shops and Singer retail branches, implementing branding guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or similar qualification in management, marketing, or sales.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Smartphone sector.
- Demonstrated success and positive background in previous employment.
