Key Aspects & Responsibilities
The Executive will be responsible for:
Greeting and assisting guests with check-in/check-out procedures.
Handling Guest Inquiries, Complaints, and Special requests efficiently.
Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments.
Maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional guest service.
Taking full responsibility for the documents created at the front desk.
Requirements
Prior experience in hotel front office or guest relations is preferred.
Good communication skills in English (Knowledge of other languages is a plus).
Friendly, courteous, and professional attitude.
Ability to work on shift basis, including weekends and holidays.
Familiarity with hotel reservation systems or POS software is an advantage.
