💼 Job Vacancy: Assistant Manager - HR (CHART CONSULTANTS)
CHART CONSULTANTS is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager - HR.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee relations and grievance handling.
Ensure compliance with Sri Lankan labor laws and HR best practices.
Oversee attendance, leave, and employee records management.
Assist in training & development programs and employee engagement initiatives.
Handle confidential employee information with professionalism and integrity.
Ensure effective and timely implementation of the appraisal process to staff.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring that all hiring is in accordance with best practices.
✅ Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
3-5 years of proven HR experience.
Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan labor law, tax law, and HR compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
