Job Role - Admin (Key Responsibilities)
Provide administrative support (scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, preparing reports, proposals, and presentations).
Attend to client and internal inquiries professionally and promptly.
Assist in coordinating events and conferences.
Liaise with vendors, customers, and other subsidiary companies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to operational activities.
Handle urgent issues and ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements and Skills
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Experience: 1-2 years of client-facing experience (preferably with exposure to construction materials or similar industries).
Skills:
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident, proactive, results-oriented, and target-driven.
Experience in project management and familiarity with AI applications to expedite work tasks.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and work extended hours when required.
Advantage: Professional handling of clients and preparation of quotations.
