👔 Job Vacancy: Senior Executive HR/Training & Development
📝 Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement training and development programs aligned with organizational goals and competency frameworks.
Conduct training needs analysis across departments and recommend relevant learning interventions.
Coordinate and evaluate internal and external training programs to ensure effectiveness and ROI.
Support leadership and technical development initiatives to strengthen employee capabilities at all levels.
Maintain accurate training records, budgets, and reports while ensuring compliance with company policies, customer and audit standards (e.g., WRAP, SLCP, ISO).
Support the creation of a learning culture that aligns with the company’s vision for continuous improvement and people empowerment.
🌟 Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
Professional qualifications in HR, Training & Development will be an added advantage.
Minimum 4 to 6 years of experience in Training & Development, preferably within a manufacturing or service industry.
💡 Knowledge and Skills:
Strong facilitation and presentation skills in both Sinhala and English. Tamil proficiency will be an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels.
Proven ability to design competency-based training frameworks and analytical mindset with the ability to measure training effectiveness (in terms of ROI).
Monitor training effectiveness, maintain training records, and ensure compliance with customer and audit standards (e.g., WRAP, SLCP, ISO).
Demonstrates the ability to contribute flexible hours to meet project deadlines and team needs.
