Key Role Summary
The Sales Specialist is responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting the company's products or services. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
Present and demonstrate products or services to clients, addressing their business needs.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales reports for management review.
Maintain an updated understanding of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to represent the company.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience (2–5 years) in sales, preferably in real estate.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools.
Ability to travel for business when required.
