The Role
We are seeking an Assistant Garden Supervisor to support daily gardening operations and lead a team in maintaining the resort's stunning landscapes. From planting and pruning to managing irrigation and landscaping projects, you will help uphold the natural beauty and luxury standards of our property.
Your Profile
- Proven track record in gardening or landscaping, preferably in luxury resorts or hotel.
- Experience in managing diverse green spaces with knowledge of both local and exotic plant species.
- Dynamic and detail-oriented mindset with a passion for horticulture.
- Strong planning and problem-solving abilities to address landscaping challenges effectively.
- Highly motivated and driven to maintain the highest aesthetic standards.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the garden team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing environmental conditions and landscaping needs.
