Job Summary: A dynamic role reporting to the Director, driving sales and Aftersales strategy using Data Analytics. The role entails offer and report preparation, and Department Administrative coordination. Key daily tasks involve tender preparation, quotations, costing, updating the internal ERP system, and responding to foreign clients.
Location: No. 100, Elvitigala Mawatha, Colombo 08.
📋 Responsibilities
Complete offers in the form of Tender, Quotations and Costings in a timely and accurate manner.
Foreign client communication and obtaining offers for available opportunities in the company.
Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders to effectively support the sales and after sales team.
Update the organization's ERP system while adhering to internal policies and procedures.
Prepare business strategy reports with the Director using data analytics.
✅ Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the capacity of Tender management.
Advantage: Prior experience in working for a tender or offer management team in the health sector is an added advantage.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Science/Business Management.
Completed GCE Advanced Level in Science/Maths Stream.
Skills:
Excellent Spoken and written English language with attention to detail and analytical skills is a must.
High proficiency of computer literacy in MS Office packages.
Age: Below 35 years.
