🔑 Key Responsibilities and Duties
Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
Process customer orders, quotations, and invoices accurately and promptly.
Maintain and update customer and sales databases.
Prepare sales reports, performance summaries, and forecasts as required.
Ensure accurate stock management.
Oversee timely and efficient loading and unloading operations.
Coordinate between Sales, Finished Good, and Production departments for timely order fulfillment.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and professionally.
Assist in organizing sales meetings, presentations, and promotional activities.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative processes.
🎓 Qualifications and Experience
Education: Diploma/degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field.
Work Style: Highly organized and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Experience: Proven experience in a sales administration, customer service, or office support role.
Skills:
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
