Qualifications
Experience:
School leavers are most encouraged to join.
Trainees and entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply.
Communication Skills: Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in English are required.
Technical Skills: Comprehensive knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities
Reservation Management: Manage and respond to reservations while confirming bookings promptly and accurately.
Travel Itinerary Planning: Plan and organize travel itineraries tailored to meet the client's preference.
Voucher and Order Handling: Efficiently manage hotel vouchers and transportation orders to ensure a seamless travel experience for guests.
Tour Operation: Monitor confirmed bookings and maintain effective communication with relevant stakeholders to ensure a smooth operation and address issues with problem-solving skills promptly.
