Job Profile: Legal Intern
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in reviewing and drafting company-related legal documents, including commercial agreements, lease agreements, and other land-related legal documents.
Assist in the administrative work of the legal department and company secretarial matters.
Responsible for record keeping and documentation.
Visit Legal Authorities including Land Registries, Registrar General of Companies, and other government offices when neces
sary.
Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Education: An undergraduate/graduate in the field of Legal Studies from a recognized local or foreign university.
Communication: Sound verbal and written communication skills in both Sinhala and English.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Package.
Attributes: Enthusiastic, self-driven, and possesses the ability to perform under minimum supervision.
