⚡ Technician - Operations & Maintenance Vacancy

Execute PM (Preventive Maintenance) and CM (Corrective Maintenance) tasks as assigned, including predictive maintenance, on-site installations, repairs, maintenance, and modifications.
Conduct online monitoring, identify issues, develop corrective action plans, and respond promptly to emergency call-outs.
Supervise engineering/implementation works on-site, managing delivery processes, petty cash, and project settlements.
Ensure compliance with safety precautions and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Take responsibility for all on-site activities, adhere to BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and actively participate in site visits related to sales.
Demonstrate hands-on approach in project sites, combining technical expertise with efficient problem-solving and oversight of various maintenance and implementation tasks.

Certification: Solar Photovoltaic Technician (NVQ 4) or equivalent certification from a recognized institute.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in the same role.
Advantage: Having previous experience and knowledge of solar PV installation will be a definite advantage.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, labour handling, and conflict resolution skills.
Work Ethic: Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
Travel: Willingness and ability to travel and stay outside Colombo for site inspections as needed.
