Position: Site Storekeeper (Male)
Key Area(s) / Responsibilities
The Site Storekeeper will be responsible for:
Receiving and Issuing of Materials & tools.
Ensuring the correctiveness in the quality, quantity, specifications, and condition of materials received to Stores.
Handling GRN, BIN Card and other related documentations and procedures in coordination with main stores.
Ensuring adequate record keeping and maintenance of all documentation to confirm proper stock levels and maintain inventory control.
Ensuring proper stocking of materials using appropriate methods of care and preservation to avoid damage and loss.
Coordinating and resolving issues that may arise on receipts, deliveries, warranties, repairs, and surplus supply.
General Supervision on the site regarding wastage of material, improper use of material, etc.
Up
dating the stock periodically. Performing other stock-related duties, including returning, reconciling, and inspecting of material and tools.
Key Requirements (Qualification & Skills)
Fully or Partially Qualified in relevant filed.
Having experience in the construction field is a must.
Minimum 3–6 years' experience in the relevant filed.
Computer literacy is essential.
Age below 35 years old.
Good Communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
Knowledge in system, QB, SAP would be added advantage.
Exposure in Overseas projects would be an added advantage.
