Key Responsibilities
Address customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction level.
Working closely with product, planning, logistic and other related departments to ensure timely delivery to international and local customers.
Preparing invoices and follow up on post shipment documents.
Effectively managing multiple priorities and delivering results.
Independently maintaining records and continuous follow up.
Candidate Profile (Requirements)
Qualification: SLIM/CIM (full/part or equivalent qualification) will be an added advantage.
Experience: Minimum 1 Year experience in sales/marketing or similar capacity.
Skills:
Ability to communicate effectively with excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
Effective time management, skill prioritization capabilities and ability to perform under pressure.
Maintain excellent customer relationships, internal coordination, and liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure goal achievement.
Ability to work independently and as a part of a dynamic team.
