Position: Officer – Corporate Sales
Role Summary
The position holder will be responsible for prospecting new corporate customers, nurturing existing client relationships, achieving sales targets, introducing innovative solutions, ensuring timely goods delivery, managing credit sales, prioritizing timely collections, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer service.
Job Profile (Responsibilities)
Prospect and secure new corporate customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets through effective sales strategies.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing and Logistics to ensure timely product delivery and solution deployment.
Evaluate and monitor customer credit, ensure timely collections, and take necessary actions on overdue recoveries.
Prepare market reports by analyzing corporate sales performance, competitor activities, and market trends.
Represent the company professionally in the corporate sector, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
Personal Profile (Requirements)
Successfully completed G.C.E. Advanced Level examination.
Possession of additional academic or professional qualifications will be an advantage.
Familiarity with corporate sales models, including tender processes.
Competent in work on Microsoft Office packages.
Prior experience in corporate sales or a related sales industry.
Demonstrates strong communication and analytical skills, high accuracy in work, and a consistent record of punctuality.
