Job Opening: Management Accountant
Nature's Beauty Creations Limited (NBC) is seeking a committed and results-oriented Management Accountant to join their Group of Companies. The role involves managing the performance analysis of individual companies and handling the financial performance analysis of individual companies.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to perform the following:
Review and analyze financial statements submitted by each company in the Group and prepare summary reports on a monthly basis.
Evaluate and monitor the key performance indicators of individual companies.
Evaluate the strategic importance of each company based on its market potential and contribution to the Group's overall business objectives.
Assess foreign market opportunities aligned with the Group's strengths, weaknesses, and growth potential, and prepare feasibility reports.
Identify potential business diversification opportunities.
Monitor, evaluate, and recommend improvements to the financial information systems for cost efficiency and control.
Oversee timely statutory compliance (Income Tax, VAT, SSCL, etc.) of individual companies and submit a compliance summary report to the Chairman.
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field with full professional qualification in CIMA.
Minimum of 2 – 3 years' experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the manufacturing or FMCG sectors.
Strong knowledge of accounting and taxation/compliance (Income Tax, VAT, SSCL) and regulatory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel with strong analytical and reporting skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
High level of integrity.
Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial information.
Exceptionally good attention to detail.
Ability to prepare accurate and precise financial reports.
Ability to meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Age: Below 40 years.
