Division: Alternative Finance Business Unit (Islamic Finance) - Island-Wide Branches
Key Responsibilities
The role requires a proactive approach to market a diverse range of credit products, achieve and exceed sales targets, and focus on building strong customer relationships. Key tasks include:
Engaging with key decision-makers (customers).
Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless customer service.
Driving overall growth in credit product performance.
Candidate Profile (What You'll Need)
Age: Between 23 – 35 years.
Friendly, outgoing, and dynamic personality.
Qualification or part qualification in SLIM, CIM, or a recognized degree (an added advantage).
Proven track record in sales and marketing of credit products within a Bank or Licensed Finance Company (service sector experience is also considered).
Excellent communication and public relations skills.
Target-driven team player with a results-oriented mindset.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; proficiency in Sinhala and/or Tamil is an added advantage.
