Position: Customer Care Supervisor
Requirements
A Degree or Diploma in Marketing or related professional qualification.
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Sales Operations, Distribution Management, or ERP/SFA System Administration.
Knowledge of SAD/SFA systems with the ability to handle data updates, system integrations, and user management/support highly regarded.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, with good command of MS Excel and other MS Office applications.
Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Accounts, and IT.
A detail-oriented, proactive, and organized individual capable of working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines.
A positive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and confidentiality in handling system and business data.
Key Responsibilities
The role involves building strong customer relationships and driving exceptional service.
Maintain strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors.
Address dealer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with production, logistics, and sales teams.
Supervise and ensure accurate processing of dealer orders (Sales and Dispatch departments).
Track order status, delivery timelines, and ensure smooth coordination with the warehouse/logistics teams.
Manage customer complaints related to product quality by coordinating with the Quality Assurance and Technical teams.
Guide dealers on new product information, promotional campaigns, and sales support materials.
Prepare periodic reports on dealer feedback, service performance, and complaint trends.
Liaise with the Sales, Production, Quality Control, and Finance departments to ensure smooth dealer operations.
