Role and Responsibilities: "What You'll Do"
The Assistant Supervisor will be a proactive, energetic individual responsible for supporting the Branch Supervisor and ensuring operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:
Assisting the Branch Supervisor in managing day-to-day branch operations.
Handling customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Monitoring daily deliveries, collections, and pending shipments, and ensuring timely follow-up.
Supporting in verifying cash collections and delivery settlements.
Preparing and maintaining branch operational reports accurately.
Coordinating with regional and head office teams for operational updates and reporting.
Ensuring service quality and adherence to company standards at all times.
Candidate Requirements: "What We're Looking For"
Pronto is seeking an individual who meets the following criteria:
Education: Diploma in Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in operations or the service industry.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office).
Location: Residence in or around Negombo is preferred.
