The Role and Responsibilities
This is a senior position requiring strong leadership qualities, teamwork, credibility, integrity, self-motivation, and creative thinking.
Primary Focus: Strategizing, expanding and developing new business channels, and directing, supervising, and guiding a young dynamic marketing team to achieve targets.
Reporting: Reports directly to the Group Director Marketing.

Ideal Candidate Requirements
Experience: 2 - 3 years' experience in Sales & Marketing.
Education: A degree or other professional qualifications.
Skills:
Proven decision making and negotiation skills.
Excellent public relations & interpersonal skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent organization & people skills.
Possesses good analytical skills and is able to interpret product and market trends.
Proven & successful track record on profit driven marketing achievements.
Technical: High degree of commitment, be computer literate.
Age Limit: Be between 25 - 35 years of age.
