Job Title: IT Support Executive
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
Attending to all hardware, software, and connectivity issues promptly.
Visiting classrooms and offices regularly to check and confirm system functionality.
Collecting IT-related requests directly from teachers and staff, ensuring no communication gaps.
Maintaining a daily log of all issues resolved and pending items.
Reporting directly to the IT Head of Department (HOD) to discuss problems, solutions, and preventive measures.
Coordinating with the HR and Operations teams to escalate major issues that affect workflow or teaching delivery.
🎓 Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma or HND in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (a related degree is an added advantage).
Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles.
Strong knowledge of Windows systems, networking, and common business software.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication skills.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
