Position: Warehouse Manager
Organization: FARMCHEMIE MANUFACTURERS (PVT) LTD. (Part of "FARMCHEMIE Manufacturers (Private) Limited")
Company Profile: A leading manufacturer, exporter, importer & supplier of premium quality veterinary health products to the livestock industry of Sri Lanka and to the international market.
Goal: Looking for energetic, ambitious & self-motivated candidates to be a part of an energetic Farmchemie team.
Key Responsibilities 📋
Inventory & Material Management: Oversee stock accuracy, manage raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.
Operations & Process Control: Ensure streamlined processes across all warehouse functions, implement best practices.
People & Team Management: Lead, train, and support warehouse staff for optimal performance and safety compliance.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, prepare reports for management and audits.
Coordination & Logistics: Collaborate with production, planning, and logistics teams for timely dispatch and exports.
Qualifications & Skills 🎓
Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse or operations management.
Technical: Strong knowledge of Inventory Control, WMS/ERP systems.
Preferred Experience: Experience in a manufacturing/production environment is preferred.
Skills: Proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
Advantage: Familiarity with export logistics is an advantage.
