WHO CAN APPLY?
Applicants must be between 18 and 25 years of age.
School leavers are encouraged to apply; no prior experience is necessary.
Must reside in Dehiwala or surrounding areas.
Required to work on-site at our office based in Dehiwala.
Must be available to work in UK shift hours, including night shifts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and customize detailed travel itineraries based on client preferences.
Provide comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip support, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and travel arrangements.
SKILLS
Basic computer literacy, including experience with travel-related software (if applicable).
Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
