- Industry Experience Proven experience in sales within the architectural, interior design, or construction industry.
- Strong Sales & Business Development Skills Ability to generate leads, build relationships, and close deals with high-end clients.
- Knowledge of Architectural & Interior Design Services Understanding of design processes, materials, and project execution.
- Client Relationship Management Experience in handling luxury clients, developers, corporate offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Project Coordination & Team Collaboration Working closely with designers, project managers, and contractors to ensure client satisfaction.
- Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills Ability to present proposals, negotiate contracts, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Target-Driven & Results-Oriented Strong ability to meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
- Should have a valid driving license
