Role Overview:
- Coordinate with stakeholders such as hotels, tour agents, chauffeurs, drivers, international and local suppliers.
- Enhance the brand image of the business.
- Liaise with people at all levels.
- Collaborate with UK-based directors and the sales team.
- Line manage the admin team in Sri Lanka.
- Analyze operational data to enhance processes and customer satisfaction.
- Negotiate with service providers and maintain high service standards.
Essential Requirements:
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Strong digital literacy and proficiency with relevant tools.
- Aptitude for numbers and data analysis.
- Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail.
- Experience in the tourism industry in Sri Lanka.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines effectively.
