🔑 Responsibilities
Manage and respond to emails, messages, and inquiries in English.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain and update databases, records, and spreadsheets.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Conduct online research and compile relevant data or market insights.
Handle social media management and content creation (as requested).
Perform general administrative tasks, such as document organization and file management.
Assist with project coordination and follow-up tasks.
🎓 Requirements
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and communication tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Asana, Trello).
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines independently.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
Experience working with international clients or multicultural teams.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) or project management platforms.
