Job Title: Sales Manager - Flexible Packaging (Sri Lanka)
Location: Colombo, Sri Lanka
Purpose of the Role: Drive sales growth and customer satisfaction for flexible packaging products across Sri Lanka. Manage the end-to-end sales process—from lead generation and technical-commercial proposals to order coordination and after-sales service—while representing Ravago's service and quality standards.

Develop and execute sales plans to increase revenue and market share for flexible packaging (films, laminates, pouches, shrink/overwrap).
Identify and qualify new customers in FMCG, food & beverage, pharma, and other relevant segments; convert leads into profitable orders.
Prepare technical-commercial quotations, sample requests, and specification sheets; present product solutions to technical and procurement teams.
Coordinate closely with operations, quality and logistics to ensure accurate order fulfillment, sampling, and on-time delivery.
Support new product development efforts with customers (pack format, barrier requirements, printing/conversion specs).
Track market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform sales strategy.
Maintain accurate CRM records and report targets, pipeline and market insights to the Sales Manager.
Travel domestically as required for customer visits and trade meetings.

Mindset: Commercial mindset, strong negotiation skills and an organized, results-driven approach.
Education: Diploma/Associate degree in Sales & Marketing, Business, Polymer/Packaging Technology, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 1–3 years' experience in B2B sales, preferably in flexible packaging, printing, laminates, films, or related industrial materials.
Technical Knowledge: Good technical understanding of flexible packaging types (films, laminates, pouches) and production/printing processes is an advantage.
Language: Excellent written and spoken English and Sinhala.
Travel: Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and ability to travel across Sri Lanka.
License: Valid driving licence preferred.
