Senior Executive / Assistant Manager - Compliance

JOIN OUR TEAM AS A SENIOR EXECUTIVE / ASSISTANT MANAGER - COMPLIANCE
Key Roles:
- Assist in creating and updating compliance policies and procedures in line with industry regulations.
- Develop and deliver training programs for employees on compliance-related topics, including labor laws, safety regulations, and ethical sourcing.
- Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to company standards.
- Prepare compliance reports and metrics for management reviews, highlighting areas of concern and progress.
- Work with various departments (e.g., production, sourcing, HR) to ensure compliance is integrated into all business processes.
- Assist in the investigation of compliance violations or ethical concerns, providing recommendations for corrective actions.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting the apparel industry and update policies accordingly.
- Assist in assessing and managing supplier compliance with company standards and ethical sourcing policies.
- Identify potential compliance risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain up-to-date and accurate compliance records and documentation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Law, or related field. Master's degree or relevant certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional) is a plus.
- 3-5 years of experience in compliance, quality assurance, or related roles in the apparel or retail industry.
- Familiarity with industry regulations (e.g., labor laws, environmental standards) and ethical sourcing practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive and adaptable to changing regulations and business needs.
