👕 Quality Manager
Key Responsibilities
Oversee all aspects of product quality throughout the production cycle.
Implement and maintain effective quality management systems in line with company and buyer standards.
Monitor in-line and final inspections to ensure compliance with product specifications.
Conduct root cause analyses and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
Liaise with production, merchandising, and technical teams to maintain quality consistently.
Lead internal quality audits and coordinate external audits by buyers or certification bodies.
Train, supervise, and motivate quality control staff to achieve quality objectives.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all quality processes.
Experiences & Qualifications
Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar role within the apparel industry.
Strong knowledge of quality management system standards, techniques, and buyer compliance requirements.
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
