1. Store Keeper
Qualifications & Experience:
G.C.E. A/L qualification (or equivalent).
Age: 20–35 years.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in store/warehouse/inventory operations.
Proficient with MS Office and inventory/stock-software.
Excellent organizational, record-keeping, and communication skills.
Able to communicate in Tamil and Sinhala (preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, inspect, and log incoming stock; ensure proper labelling/storage.
Issue materials/stock as needed; maintain inventory records and documentation.
Monitor stock levels and trigger replenishment when required.
Maintain a clean, safe, organized store environment, following safety/hygiene procedures.
2. Production Supervisor
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum G.C.E. A/L or Diploma in relevant field.
Age: 20–35 years.
At least 2 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
Strong knowledge of production processes, quality standards, and safety protocols.
Leadership, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in Tamil and Sinhala (preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, assign, and supervise daily output/operation tasks to meet targets.
Monitor equipment, processes, and output quality; identify issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and quality standards on the production floor.
Coordinate with maintenance, logistics, quality control, and stores to ensure smooth operation.
