Position Overview:
- Leading and overseeing operations across all regions.

- Results-driven leadership, process optimization, cross-functional team management, and navigation of global markets are crucial.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction and oversee operations to align with company goals.
- Lead, mentor, and support regional heads and department leaders.
- Collaborate on short and long-term operational strategies, exploring new markets and opportunities.
- Manage budgets, control cash flows, and ensure financial discipline.
- Identify and manage operational risks and supply chain vulnerabilities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to meet market demands and customer needs.
Role Requirements:
- Education: Master's degree (MBA) or relevant professional certifications (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent preferred).
- Experience: 10-15 years in operations or finance management, with at least 2-3 years in a senior managerial role.
Preferred Background:
- Experience in financial and operational leadership in mid-to-large organizations.
- Strong track record of integrating financial discipline into operations and driving business growth.
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams, fostering accountability and collaboration.
