📋 Job Profile (Responsibilities)
Supervise daily production activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Monitor production targets and take corrective actions to minimize downtime or delays.
Train and guide machine operators on handling equipment, safety procedures, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
👤 Candidate Profile (Requirements)
GCE A/L or higher education in Production/Engineering/Manufacturing or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.
Knowledge of production processes, workflow optimization, and quality standards.
