Key Responsibilities
Handle daily invoices and ensure they are completed correctly and on time.
Monitor SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and help the team meet required performance standards.
Work with other departments to keep all operations running smoothly.
Prepare basic reports, update records, and support day-to-day operations.
Manage emails and carry out general office and administrative tasks.
Key Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, administration, or a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office and professional email communication.
Strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and ability to meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.
