Position Status: Permanent position, subject to a one year probationary period.

Oversee daily operations of residential and commercial properties.
Liaise with UDA, Municipal Councils, Local Authorities, CMC, Fire Department & Condominium Management Authority (CMA).
Manage leasing, tenant relations, and property occupancy.
Coordinate with Architects, Consultants, and Project Managers for compliance with legal, statutory, and safety requirements.
Develop and implement property management strategies to maximize value.
Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
Prepare and manage property budgets, rental income, and expense reports.
Identify opportunities for new property development and investment.

An honors or special bachelor's degree in Engineering or Estate Management & Valuation from an Institution recognized by the University grants commission.
Should have a degree in Civil Engineering.
A minimum of one year post qualifying experience in the relevant field after obtaining the above qualification.

EPF Contribution: 10% by the employee; OVDC will contribute 15% and 3% for EPF and ETF respectively.
Age Limit: Should be not less than 25 years and not more than 45 years.
