Location: Colombo 04 (No.03, Milagiriya Avenue, Colombo 04.)
📝 Key Responsibilities
Provide technical and system support on the current ERP system across the group.
Oversee and manage daily IT operation to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Monitor IT systems and infrastructure of the group, responding to issues immediately.
Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs, implement solutions to support organizational goals.
Ensure timely installation, updates and maintenance of Software, Hardware and Security systems while maintaining compliance and efficiency.
Manage vender relationships and service level agreements to ensure quality and cost-effective IT service.
🎓 Qualifications and Skills
Experience with excellent knowledge in ERP inventory, enterprise software systems is mandatory.
BSc in IT/Computer Science or a related field or equivalent professional qualifications.
5+ years' experience in IT operations, including at least two years in managerial roles.
Sound knowledge in IT infrastructure, network servers and security systems.
Experience in managing could base systems and vertical environment is a definite advantage.
Excellent PR & communication skills are prerequisites.
