Company: Synex Group (A pioneering group of companies in MEP solutions).
Position: HVAC Engineer
Location: Projects both in Sri Lanka and overseas (requires willingness to travel for project supervision across the country).
Key Qualifications/Requirements:
BSc/NDT/NDES/HNDE/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
2-5 years experience in a similar capacity.
Knowledge of HVAC systems (VRF, Chiller, ducted split, etc.) preferred.
Familiarity with project documentation, CAD drawings, and commissioning processes.
Key Accountabilities & Objectives (Abridged):
Supervise and manage HVAC/MVAC Installation projects.
Coordinate with design, logistics, and service teams.
Manage installation teams and ensure adherence to safety standards.
Conduct inspections, testing, and pre-commissioning.
Prepare site reports and communicate project updates.
Attend client meetings and resolve site-level technical issues.
Skills & Attributes:
Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple sites/projects under deadlines.
Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
