📋 Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in a relevant field
Minimum of 3 - 4 years of experience in Human Resources
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Candidates below 27 years of age are preferred
Candidates who can join immediately and live relatively close to Sapugaskanda will be given higher preference
📝 Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Assist in evaluating CV's and sourcing applicants
Conducting employee's orientation & facilitating newcomers joining formalities
Handling employee database
Preparing & submitting all relevant HR letters / documents as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management.
Employee's attendance & absentee record maintenance
Maintaining statutory compliance as per various acts and labor laws
Employee Grievance handling - ascertain issues, investigating causes and suggest options to HR senior executive
Payroll & salary processing & Managing Advance Salary, Bonuses, Loans
Employee safety, wellness & health & Handling insurance related issues
Conducting various welfare activities
