Qualifications

Experience: Minimum 4–5 years' experience in a comparable leadership role.
Track Record: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the sales/operations team to reach targets.
Design and execute innovative sales/operation strategies for market growth.
Oversee sales/operation performance, pipeline, and conversion rates.
Drive customer acquisition, retention, and new market expansion.
Recruit, train, and nurture sales/operation talent.
Person Specification
Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams toward ambitious goals.
Age: Preferred age range (25-35).
